Nevado has contributed his genetic brilliance to the Paso Fino Breed for many years.  Now at 27, Nevado enjoys a wonderful life, still producing exquisite offspring and going strong under saddle.  He is meticulously managed and cared for by his proud manager, Gordon Calhoun.  We welcome you to visit Nevado in Ocala or at select shows in 2009.  Rassy Ltd. offers excellence in all of its Paso Fino horses.
 
Rassy Ltd. will be accepting breeding inquiries from qualified mare owners in 2009 for both Nevado and Springtime Pisorte.

“Nevado’s” secret probably lies in the combination of two important Colombian bloodlines: Resorte IV<Resorte III and Contrapunto< Pistolero and having inherited the best traits from each line. Topping things off, “Nevado” possesses brio, strong gait attributes, good size and excellent conformation by breed standards. What more could one ask for?
 
“Nevado” has been so successful and consistent in producing champions. In Puerto Rico alone he has at least three “Fuera de Concursos” (champions-of-champions) and his apparent pre-potency transmits well down line. This also explains why his mares are so prized for breeding.
